Cancelling Orders Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order or before it is dispatched, whichever occurs first

- If your order meets the cancellation conditions, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days
If the Order Has Already Been Shipped
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- However, once the product is delivered, you may initiate a return request in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy
Changes to Order Details
- At present, we do not offer modifications to the items or shipping address after the order has been placed
- If you need to make changes, the existing order must be cancelled (if eligible) and a new order should be placed with the updated details
