Return and Refund Policy

If you ever need to send an item back, please follow the steps outlined here.

Eligibility for Returns

To be accepted for return, all of the following must apply:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging are included and intact
  • The item shows no signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • A return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • You have contacted our support team within that 48‑hour window

Returns that fail to meet any of these requirements will be declined.

How to Initiate a Return
 

  1. Email Your Request
    Send a message to frostbloomdynamicspvtltd@gmail.com with your Order ID and a short description of why you wish to return the item.
     
  2. Provide Photo Evidence (if relevant)
    If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear photos to speed up the review.
     
  3. Follow the Return Instructions
    Once your request is approved, we’ll email you detailed guidelines on how to send the product back.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

Refund Process & Timing
 

  • When the returned item arrives, it undergoes a quality inspection to confirm it meets the eligibility criteria.
  • We will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
  • Upon approval, the refund is credited to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.


Partial Refunds

If an item only partly satisfies the return standards - for example, if packaging is missing or minor damage is present - we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
 

  • Report any damaged, defective, or wrong item within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us with photos or videos clearly showing the issue so we can resolve it swiftly.
